Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to art. 13 Reg. 679/16

In compliance with the provisions of the European Privacy Regulation (General Data Protection Regulation) No. 679 of 2016, we intend to provide you with some information on the collection and use of your personal data by EUREKA s.r.l.
The processing of information about you will be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and rights.

We inform you that the provision of the data provided in the registration form determines the possibility to access the site, to have a user profile on the N-PATH eLearning platform and thus be able to take advantage of the online content.
The personal data you provide are collected and managed with the help of electronic, or otherwise automated, tools for the following purposes:

  • purposes related to the establishment of the user relationship (for example: issuance of authentication credentials, assistance on the services provided, cancellation from the Service, etc.)
  • purposes related to sending communications containing the promotion of activities (seminars, courses, events, online courses, printed and digital editorial works)


In any case, your data will not be disseminated or sold to third parties and will not be transferred to Non-EU countries, unless there is an adequacy decision by the EU Commission guaranteeing for those countries the respect and protection of personal data as provided for in Regulation 679/16. The processing of data for the previously mentioned purposes has as its legal basis Article 6 of Reg. 679/16, i.e. it is a necessary operation for the performance of a contract to which you are a party. Your data may be known only by parties specifically assigned to the processing by EUREKA s.r.l., by its technological partners exclusively for technical purposes. Your personal data will be retained until you formally request EUREKA s.r.l. to delete your account and related data, subject to retention
obligations under Laws and Regulations.

The Data Controller is EUREKA s.r.l. with registered office in Via Regina Margherita, 121, – 55100 Lucca (LU) in the person of the legal representative pro tempore, whom you may contact to enforce the rights provided for in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 77 of Reg. 679/16.
